Steps to follow:
1. Go to the “Reports” tab and click on “RL-31” in the “Statements and declarations” section.
2. Click on “Add” in the top right-hand corner.
3. Be sure to select the “Cancelled” declaration type.
4. Select all units with errors.
5. Click on “Finish”.
6. Click on “Cancel”.
7. Open the “tenant slips” file to check that all information is correct.
8. Once validated, click on the “Submit” button.
9. Click on “Transmit”.
10. Answer “Yes” to the question to confirm that you want to transmit your statements.
11. Once statements have been approved by Revenu Québec, click on “Email” to send them to tenants.
12. Click on “Send”.
Then make your modifications in the various sections of the software and create a new original.
