Improvements

  • When payments have been collected in advance and a departure date is entered in the lease, the collection table will automatically appear to allow batch deletion.
  • When creating a new lease using the payment method “Prepaid amount and pre-authorized payment,” the collection table will automatically appear. Using the “Collections distribution between payers” option (top left), you can allocate the amount by percentage or by fixed amount.
  • In the assignation selector, the label “inactive” now appears to help identify these items more easily.
  • When the Otonom Solution partner is inactive, the “transmit” button no longer appears on the pre-authorized deposit.
  • It is now possible to display the entered password during login.
  • In the search tool, the query is first performed on the tenant name column. If no results are found, it continues in the next column. This logic helps reduce incorrect results.
  • The process for selecting and removing payers has been improved.
  • When a new lease is created with attachments, they appear first in the document to be signed electronically, followed by the lease. A single link is generated for the entire file, so the attachments and lease are grouped together by default.
  • When the lease includes two or more tenants, the attachments are automatically grouped. The generated letter will display the names of all tenants, who will be able to sign the same document.
  • In sections where photo uploads are possible, the preview size has been increased for better visibility.

Additions

  • The concept of a project has been added to the Expense window, allowing users to isolate a group of related expenses.
  • The expense report can now be filtered by project or by type of work.

Fixes

  • When a letter contained three or more signature elements, the last one could not be signed.
  • The “Uncompleted transactions” reconciliation report was not displaying any results.
  • An error message appeared when a pre-authorized deposit was negative.
  • The Pronotif proof report did not display the message subject.
