CORRECTIVE
Reactivation of inactive items : When a properties, unit or lease was deactivated, this also masked lease-related income. When an item is deactivated, it has no impact on financial reports. If the amounts on your financial reports are no longer the same as before the update, remove the inactive items from your reports. You can then either make a General Journal entry to reverse or temporarily activate these items, deleting any related items and deactivating them once finished.
Visible inactive elements : some inactive elements were always visible on certain selectors in the various interfaces, so they have been removed to keep only the active elements, for better navigation. On some reports, the “Inactive” option is available to display these items in order to isolate them.
IMPROVEMENT
Initials and signature on leases : Tenants now have the option of putting their initials on the lease in the places provided, and the option of signing on items requiring signature.
List of units report : The display of the “List of units” report has been improved to make it easier to read. The e-mail option has also been added.
Water heater : The water heater option has been set on the unit window and displayed on the unit list report to show its installation date.
Warning outside financial period : The warning that you are trying to enter items in a previous financial period will only be displayed once during your login session.
Lease renewal : “+ options” option added to display or hide certain elements, especially on smaller computer screens for better viewing.
Text editor size added : On font adjustment slots such as the letter module, size has been added to better counteract size.
Phone number masked on lease : On the lease, the tenant’s balance and the duration of delay sometimes mask the phone number. This element has been moved to no longer cover it.
