Improvements

  • The “Rental Management, Communication, Real Estate Park, and Accounting” dashboards have been improved.
  • The optimization of the display time for collections and expenses has been improved.

  • Scheduled emails and text messages are only visible to their creator or the administrator.

Additions

  • In the Contact window, in the search tool, it is now possible to search for a “subtenant-current ” or “subtenant-upcoming.”
  • In terms of accounting, a new category called “Charging station” has been added to income and expenses in order to better categorize these items.
  • When the lease is commercial, previewing it now redirects to the Letters module, where you can use an existing template or create a new one.
  • A new “Availability” status has been added to the Unit window.

Fixes

  • On page 1 of the lease, the phrase “Jointly and severally liable” has been replaced by “Severally liable.”
  • On page 3 of the lease, the payment methods “by mail and online” have been removed.
  • On page 5 of the lease, the term “Snow removal” has been updated to “Snow and ice removal.”
  • In the Notes and Tasks menu, when creating an item, the calendar did not display the date selection.
  • When there were a large number of transactions to send to the Otonom Solution partner, the Send button was not visible.
  • It was possible to bill for old leases that had been terminated by mistake.
    From now on, it will no longer be possible to generate invoices or record a collection two years after the last date of a terminated lease.
  • The display and reports of previous collections due will now be limited to one year.
    However, it will still be possible to manually scroll back to view previous amounts due or to view the “Billing and Collection History” report and scroll back as far as necessary.
  • The display and reports of unpaid expenses will also be limited to one year.
    To obtain details of amounts owed for more than one year, you will need to consult the “Expense and Disbursement History” report and go back as far as necessary.
  • It will not be possible to specify a payment date earlier than 12 months prior to the invoice date.
  • Invoices issued to a contact or company were no longer visible in the collection window.
  • Collections associated with manual invoices were not visible in the deposits window.
