Étapes à suivre
- Go to the “Rental management” tab and the “Rental requests” sub-tab.
- Click on “Add” in the top right-hand corner.
- Enter the interested party’s details.
- Choose the unit in which the person is interested.
- Enter the lease start and end dates, as well as the rental price.
- Click on the “submit” button. Your applicant will receive an e-mail with a link to complete all the information on the rental application in order to carry out the credit check via ProprioEnquête at a later date.
- On the very first rental application, you will be presented with the registration window for your CORPIQ member account.
- Once the applicant has completed their rental request, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. When you return to the list of rental requests, you’ll see the status “Signed” in the “Transmitted” column, and you can click on the “Consult” button to view the form.
- To start a credit inquiry with ProprioEnquête, click on the “+ Add inquiry” button.
10. If you are a CORPIQ member, enter your number in the appropriate section. If you are not a member, click here to register.
11. Choose the pre-location survey that best suits your needs.
12. If you have PROPRIO points in your account, click on the “Submit” button and proceed to step 20, otherwise proceed to purchase.
- Click on the “Buy” button. You will be redirected to the page where you can purchase PROPRIO points.
- Choose the block of PROPRIO points that suits you best, then click on “Buy”.
- Fill in your personal details to proceed with the purchase, then click on “Save and continue”.
- Validate the shopping cart and click on the “Pay” button.
- Your PROPRIO points are purchased.
- Return to Proprio Expert on the survey window. Click on the “Refresh” button. You’ll see your PROPERTY points now available.
- Click on the “Transmit” button.
- Carefully read the ProprioEnquête protocol and conditions of use, check the I accept the terms and conditions option at the bottom and click on the “OK” button.
- You will receive a message confirming transmission of the inquiry request. Click on “Yes” to transmit.
- Finally, a message will appear in the left-hand corner of Proprio Expert stating that the inquiry request has been sent correctly.
- When the inquiry report is available, you’ll receive an e-mail to that effect. In the left-hand menu, go to “Rental management”, then “Inquiry”, then click on the Inquiry button to view the full report.
You’ve created your credit report with ProprioEnquête.
