Steps to follow
1. Go to the “Rental Management” tab and the “Rental Requests” sub-tab.

2. Click on “Add” in the top right-hand corner.

3. Enter the information of the interested person.

4. Select the unit in which the person is interested.

5. Enter the start and end dates of the lease, as well as the rental price.

6. Click on the “Submit” button. Your candidate will receive an email with a link allowing them to complete all the information relating to the rental application so that a credit check can be carried out later via ProprioEnquête.

7. When you first apply to rent, you will be prompted to register for a CORPIQ member account. If you have already been validated, proceed to step 9.

8. You will receive an email to that effect, allowing you to proceed with your first payment request.

9. Once the applicant has completed their rental application, you will receive a confirmation email. When you return to the list of rental applications, the status in the Submitted column will be “Signed.” You can click on the View button to see the form.

10. To start the credit check with ProprioEnquête, click on the “+ Add a check” button.

11. If you are a CORPIQ member, enter your number in the appropriate section. If you are not a member, click here to register.

12. Choose the pre-lease survey that best suits your needs.

13. If you have PROPRIO points in your account, click on the “Transfer” button and proceed to step 20. Otherwise, continue with the purchase.

14. Click on the “Buy” button. You will be redirected to the page where you can purchase PROPRIO points.

15. Select the PROPRIO point block that best suits your needs, then click “Buy.”


16. Fill in your personal information so that you can proceed with the purchase, then click on the “Save and continue” button.

17. Confirm your shopping cart and click on the “Pay” button.

18. Your PROPRIO points have been purchased.

19. Return to Proprio Expert on the survey window. Click on the “Refresh” button. You will now see your PROPRIO points available.

20. Click the “Send” button.

21. Read the ProprioEnquête protocol and terms of use carefully, check the box at the bottom labeled “I accept the terms and conditions,” and click the “OK” button.

22. You will receive a confirmation message that your inquiry request has been sent. Click “Yes” to send it.

23. Finally, a message will appear in the left corner of Proprio Expert indicating that the survey request has been sent correctly.

24. When the survey report is available, you will receive an email notification. You can go to the left-hand menu, select “Rental Management,” then “Survey,” then the survey you completed, and click on the “View” button to see the full report.

You have created your credit report with ProprioEnquête.
