Improvements
- It is now possible to include emojis in the body of emails.
- When a letter is sent to multiple recipients, a new “All documents” option is available at the bottom of the email sending window. It allows you to select or deselect all recipients with a single click.
- In the renewal window, a box labeled “Build in the last 5 years” has been added. This allows you to isolate these buildings in order to more easily select the correct renewal letter to send.
- To ensure the security of user accounts, if your password does not meet our security requirements, you will be prompted to reset it the next time you log in. You will then receive an email to complete the reset.
- In the “Deposit” window, when creating preauthorized deposits, the assignment filter will now be available only for properties, in order to facilitate selection.
- A suggested payment date has been added to the rent collection process.
- In the disbursements, a suggested payment date has also been added, depending on the term chosen for the supplier.
- We have improved the process of creating a contact group to provide a better user experience.
The Perceived collections and Receivable collection now include a “Payment Method” filter, allowing you to generate subtotals by payment type.
Additions
- In the “Detailed Works” report, photos related to the work will now be included, as well as follow-up notes, when the “Follow-ups” box at the top of the report is checked.
- Activities related to payment requests and preauthorized payments have been added.
- In the “List of Units” report, for available apartments, the names and email addresses of former tenants are now displayed.
- Regarding RL31 statements, certain units will not be eligible. Units such as workshops, offices, warehouses, garages, hangars, premises, stores, sheds, parking lots, and factories will not receive an RL31.
- In addition, units for which the “Commercial” box is checked in the “Unit” window on page 2 will not have RL31.
- Finally, if on page 3 of the lease, the “Yes” box is checked for the question “The tenant receives a rent subsidy,” the unit will not be eligible for RL31.
Fixes
- In rare cases, the “perceived collections” report did not display certain units when their building or unit was selected.
- When creating a contact group, if the list contained a large number of contacts, the “Cancel” and “OK” buttons were not visible.
- On the landlord access page, the “List of owners” report has been removed.
- On the owner access page, information related to financial reports now only displays data corresponding to their own properties.
- Following the update, manual invoices related to leases were displaying as zero. This issue has been identified and corrected.
- The billing date no longer appears in the description when an invoice is issued to a contact.
- The status of sent emails was not updating correctly.
- To enhance security, simultaneous access by the same user to multiple web pages is no longer permitted.
- Even though the “electronic payment” lease payment method has been removed, it still appears when creating a new payment.
- An issue with opening emails has been fixed.
