JOB DESCRIPTION

Your listening skills and ability to find solutions enable you to excel in identifying and surpassing customer expectations?

In a growing technological environment, you will be responsible for customer service for all our products and services. The advisor must help diagnose and resolve customer problems.

PROFILE SOUGHT

  • Comfortable answering calls in French and English.
  • Have completed at least a D.E.S or a D.E.P (or TENS equivalent).
  • Hold all legal authorizations and valid permits to work in Canada.
  • Be available to work 35 h/week Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
