Go to the \u201cData\u201d tab and the \u201cContacts\u201d subtab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Click on \u201c+\u201d next to \u201cContact groups.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Select the contacts that you want in the contact group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Click on the three dots next to \u201cContact groups.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Name the contact group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6. Click on \u201cAdd\u201d and on \u201cOK.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7. To send an email to the group, go to the \u201cCommunications\u201d tab and the \u201cEmails\u201d subtab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8. Click on \u201cAdd\u201d at the top right.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>9. Next to the \u201cRecipients\u201d row, click on the icon of a person with a plus sign.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>10. Click on the arrow next to \u201cContact Groups.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>11. Select the group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>12. Click on \u201cOK,\u201d enter your message, and click on \u201cSend.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>13. To send a text message to the group, go to the \u201cCommunications\u201d tab and the \u201cText Messages\u201d subtab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>14.
