Go to the \u201cCommunications\u201d tab and the \u201cNotes and Tasks\u201d subtab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Click on \u201cAdd\u201d at the top right.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. In the \u201cAssignation\u201d section, select the entity to which you assign the note.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Select \u201cNote\u201d next to \u201cType.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Select the date of the note.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6. Write your note.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7. To assign another note to the same entity, click on \u201cAdd a note,\u201d and repeat steps 4 to 6.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8.
