Steps to Follow<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

1. Go to the \u201cAccounting\u201d tab and the \u201cCollections\u201d subtab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. In the selector at the top left, select your company (the management company, not the one you want to invoice).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Click on \u201cInvoicing\u201d at the top right.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. In the \u201cAssignation\u201d column, tick \u201cCompany,\u201d and select the company that is charged for the expense(s).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Select the invoice date (at the top right).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Select the account that best describes the expense, describe the expense, and enter the amount (and tick \u201cTaxable\u201d if that is the case).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. To add a management fee percentage, enter the percentage next to \u201cManagement fees,\u201d and click on \u201cManagement fees.\u201d A row for the percentage will appear. The percentage applies to the row above it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8. To add another expense, click on \u201cAdd an item,\u201d and repeat steps 6 and 7.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9. Click on \u201cFinish.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You have now charged a company for expenses.<\/p>\n<\/div>
