Steps to Follow<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

1. Go to the \u201cAccounting\u201d tab and the \u201cCollections\u201d subtab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. In the selector at the top left, select your company (the management company, not the one you want to invoice).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Click on \u201cInvoicing\u201d at the top right.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. In the \u201cAssignation\u201d column, tick \u201cCompany,\u201d and select the company that is charged for the fees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Select the account \u201c4085 – Management fees.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Describe the invoice (example: “management fees for August 2021”).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. Select the invoice date (at the top right), and enter the amount (and tick \u201cTaxable\u201d if that is the case).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8. Click on \u201cFinish.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9. To view the invoice, click on \u201cLetter\u201d at the top right.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

10. To send the invoice, open it in letter format, and click on \u201cSend.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

11. When you receive the payment, go to the \u201cCollections\u201d subtab, and enter the date of payment, the payment method, and the amount.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You have now invoiced management fees.<\/p>\n<\/div>
