Steps to Follow<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

1. Go to the \u201cRental Management\u201d tab and the \u201cLeases\u201d subtab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Click on the lease you want to modify.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Click on \u201cEdit\u201d at the top right.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. In the third page of the dialog box, in the \u201cPayment Method\u201d section, select \u201cPre-authorized Payment.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Click on \u201cFinish\u201d to see the future collections.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Check that everything in the table of future collections is correct (dates, payers, amounts, etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. Click on \u201cFinish.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Every month,  you will need to generate the pre-authorized debit file to collect the rent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. In the \u201cAccounting\u201d tab and the \u201cPre-Authorized Debits\u201d subtab, click on \u201cAdd\u201d at the top right.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Select the collected period and the unit(s) for which you want to generate the file.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Click on \u201cFinish.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Download the file at the top right, and contact your financial institution to know where to upload the file.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can now collect rents automatically.<\/p>\n<\/div>
