Steps to Follow<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

1. Go to the \u201cAccounting\u201d tab and the \u201cExpenses\u201d subtab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Click on \u201cAdd\u201d at the top right.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Select the supplier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Select the entity to which the expense is assigned (company, property, unit, etc.). The expense is assigned to the entity for which you bought something (service, physical object, etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Select the account to which the expense is assigned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Describe the expense, and enter the unit price.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. Tick \u201cTaxable\u201d if the item is taxable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8. To enter more than one item, click on \u201cAdd an item\u201d, and repeat steps 5, 6, and 7.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9. Check that the date is correct.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

10. Enter a unique expense number.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

11. Click on \u201cFinish.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You have now created an expense.<\/p>\n<\/div>
